ManosPay Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how LoopTwentyOne LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as ManosPay ("ManosPay," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the ManosPay application and the manospay.com website (together, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up for ManosPay, or your organization is set up on it, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and preferred language. We use this information for authentication and account management.

Business data you enter. ManosPay is a tool for managing your own business's clients, jobs, proposals, invoices, and payment records. The Service stores information you choose to enter about your business and your clients, including:

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials. If your business turns on online card payments, those payments are processed by Stripe, not by ManosPay: your client enters card details directly with Stripe, and we receive only the result of the payment (such as the amount, status, and a reference). For payments you handle outside the Service, ManosPay only records that a payment occurred, based on information you enter (see Section 3 of our Terms of Service). If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by Stripe, and we do not see or store your card number.

Information from QuickBooks, if you connect it. You can choose to connect your QuickBooks Online account, provided by Intuit Inc., to ManosPay. If you do, with your authorization we access the QuickBooks information needed for the connection to work, such as customer, invoice, and payment records, and we use it only to provide the features you asked for. We do not sell QuickBooks data, and we do not use it for advertising. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your ManosPay account or from your Intuit account, and we will stop accessing it. On request, we will delete the QuickBooks data we hold for you by emailing privacy@manospay.com. Intuit's handling of your information is governed by Intuit's own privacy statement.

Information from our website and advertising. When you visit manospay.com, we collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and access timestamps. If you reach us through an advertisement, we may receive information about which advertisement you responded to. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and to understand how our advertising performs. If you contact us, we keep the details you send us, such as your name, email address, and message.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

We do not sell your information or your clients' information to third parties, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you or your clients.

4. Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of service providers to operate ManosPay. They may access information only as needed to perform their function and are required to protect it:

We do not share your business data with any other third party except as necessary to provide the Service, with your consent, to comply with a legal obligation (such as a valid subpoena or court order), or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database and private object storage. Every request is checked against your organization, so one organization's data is never returned to another. All traffic to and from the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to business data requires authentication and is limited to your organization on every request.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We design our access controls specifically to prevent one organization's data from being exposed to another.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If your account is terminated, we retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and business data by emailing privacy@manospay.com. Because data belongs to a business's organization, some requests may need to go through your organization's account owner.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

8. Children's Privacy

ManosPay is a business tool intended for adults operating a business. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 18.

9. International Users

ManosPay is operated for businesses based in the United States, and data is stored in the United States. If this changes, we will update this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be communicated to account holders.
